The Edwards 100ton hydraulic ironworker has the capacity to punch and cut 3/4" stainless steel bar and 1" steel bar as well as cut 1" round stainless steel rod.

Our (2) Strippit 30/30 punches allow for various hole punching and forming in sheetmetal parts.

Our Amada corner notcher allows for quick efficient notching on custom sheetmetal parts.

Laser Cutter
Our Trumpf Trulaser 1030 can accomodate laser cutting up to 5'x10' sheets and can handle high speed, accurate cutting of up to 1/4" stainless steel and 5/8" mild steel.

Plate Rolls
Our Baileigh plate rolls can roll up to 1/8" material at 6' long down to a 7 " diameter as well as rolling cone shapes.

Band Saw
The Baileigh band saw can cut up to 9" pipe and make up to 60 degree cuts.

Air Compressor
The 20hp Kaeser Rotary Screw Compressor with refrigerated air dryer & 240 gallon storage tank has already had a huge performance impact on our existing air tools & plasma cutting; as well as, will allow future expansion without running out of capacity.

Vibrashear
The Vibrashear (at the right) can be used as a planishing hammer for radiusing custom sheetmetal parts or for forming louvers in sheetmetal. Also shown at the left is a hand punch.

Tube Roller
Our Baileigh tube rollers have helped with forming handrails, trayslides and other various tubing and sheetmetal projects. We have a tube rolling capacity of up to 2"dia x .065 stainless steel tubing. In addition it can be mounted to our trailer with a generator to form projects on site.

Tube Bender
Our RMD programmable tube bender helps with forming handrails, trayslides, sneezeguards, grab bars and other various tubing projects. We can do tube bending up to 2"dia x .120 stainless steel tubing.
